How long does my hair need to be before a wax?
For the best results, we recommend that your hair is at least 1/4 inch long, which is approximately the size of a grain of rice. This allows our proprietary wax to grip the hair effectively for a smooth finish.
What is the European Wax Center return policy for products?
We want you to love your glow. If you are not satisfied with a retail product, you can return it to any of our center locations within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Do you offer international shipping for your skin care line?
Currently, we only ship our EWC proprietary products within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to bring our luxury skin care to more countries soon.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, our skin and body care products are dermatologist-tested and specifically formulated to be gentle. Our signature wax is also designed to adhere only to the hair, not the skin, minimizing irritation.
How can I track my online order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
